Payments
Payment method
All payments are to be taken in full online when booking. I do not currently have the facilities for in-person cash or card transactions.

Payment for mobile appointments
I will send you an invoice via email after the mileage surcharge, (£1 per mile from BA2 1BT) has been added. The maximum distance I can currently travel is 10 miles. Please note: bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received and the client consultation form has been completed.

Coupons​​
Please note, coupons must be applied at the time of booking and I am unable to refund any partial transactions.

Gift vouchers
​
Gift vouchers are redeemable within the dates specified on each individual voucher. Vouchers redeemed outside of these dates will not be accepted. Please ensure that the person who will be receiving the treatment has suitable access to their home (and is able to accomodate space for the massage table, (if a mobile appointment) and also meets the requirements set out in the terms and conditions.
Refunds & Cancellations
I understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours ahead of your appointment time to either receive a full refund or to reschedule your appointment for a later date.

Please be aware that there is a no refund policy for appointments cancelled within the 24 hours before your appointment is due to start and for no-shows. ​​
This allows me to manage my diary effectively and offer the time slot to another client.

Late arrivals
Please arrive 15 mins early for your first appointment to allow time to go through the consultation form and 5 mins early for your regular appointments. Please be aware that if you arrive late and run into your scheduled appointment time, I will complete the session in the remaining time that you were booked in for.
Client Consultation Forms and informed consent
Client consultation forms will be emailed to you after you have booked. They are to be completed online. I will then confirm your appointment either by phone or email. You may be called as part of my first-time vetting procedure.

Please note, I only offer services exclusively to female clients.

If you are unable to fill out a consultation form online, please arrive at least 15 mins before your session time to complete one before your treatment.

Please note that a completed consultation form and either informed consent or GP/specialist consent if applicable is needed before the commencement of any treatment.
​
All clients are to sign a consent form on day of treatment.
